Complying with inspection  requirements presents several challenges to building Owners, the professionals conducting the  inspections, and to the contractors that provide equipment and access to the facades during inspection.  \nThis presenta on will describe current state of the art technologies such as drones, and so?ware that  employs Point Cloud and Artificial intelligence (AI) to gather data in support of façade inspections and  monitor the long-term health of the building’s envelope.  \nWe will discuss the state-of-the-art technologies, the legislative landscape, and the potential of these technologies to improve efficiency and support the efforts of architects, engineers, and facade  consultants.
